Refunds are generally not provided for services that have been initiated or completed. Our services involve significant time, effort, and resource allocation from the outset. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

2. Services Eligible for Potential Partial Refund (Under Specific Conditions)

  • Project Cancellation Before Commencement: If a project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced (e.g., discovery phase, initial design concepts, content creation, coding), a partial refund may be considered, less any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees incurred. The non-refundable deposit covers initial consultation, proposal development, and resource allocation.
  • Failure to Deliver by Zain Tech House: In the unlikely event that [Your Digital Agency Name] is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project proposal or contract, and this failure is directly attributable to our agency, a refund may be issued for the undelivered portion of the service.
  • Pre-paid Services Not Yet Started: For services paid in advance (e.g., a monthly retainer for SEO) where the service period has not yet begun, a refund may be provided, less any applicable processing fees.

3. Services Not Eligible for Refund

  • Completed Services: Once a service or a specific phase of a project has been completed and delivered to the client, no refund will be issued.
  • Services in Progress: For ongoing projects, no refunds will be issued for work that has already been performed or is currently in progress.
  • Third-Party Costs: Costs incurred for third-party services, licenses, tools, or subscriptions that are part of your project (e.g., stock photos, premium plugins, domain registrations, hosting fees) are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Client Delays or Non-Cooperation: If project delays or inability to complete a project are due to the client’s failure to provide timely feedback, content, approvals, or any other necessary cooperation, no refund will be issued.
  • Changes in Client Requirements: Refunds will not be provided due to a change of mind or a change in client requirements after work has begun.
  • Dissatisfaction with Subjective Outcomes: While we strive for client satisfaction, refunds are not provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with creative elements (e.g., design aesthetics) where the delivered work aligns with the agreed-upon brief and revisions.

4. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@zaintechhouse.com within 14 days of the circumstance that may warrant a refund (e.g., project cancellation, discovery of an issue). The request must include:

  • Client Name and Company Name
  • Project Name/Service Purchased
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for Refund Request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

5. Refund Review and Decision

Upon receiving a refund request, Zain Tech House will review it thoroughly. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting Zain Tech House to resolve an issue is a violation of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and, if successful, to seek recovery of any associated fees and costs.
